As the current Director of Dental Operations at Sudbury Dental Smile Center, Kevin Anusavice oversees all aspects of this thriving multi-specialty practice. His expertise spans marketing, human resources, payroll, accounts management, and customer service training.

Throughout his career, Kevin Anusavice has led strategic transformations across multiple practices, where they developed teams, streamlined operations, and enhanced patient satisfaction. His earlier roles as a Practice Manager and Dental Management Consultant further solidified his ability to drive growth, increase efficiency, and build strong, patient-focused teams.

Kevin loves people and will try to help them in any way possible. He enjoys traveling with his family, basketball and electronic music.
