Irina began her medical education at the Academic Pavlov Medical Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia, where she studied from 1975 to 1980. After moving to the United States in 1990, she pursued her passion for dentistry and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh’s Dental Hygiene program in 1994.

With over 30 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Irina has devoted her career to providing outstanding patient care and promoting lifelong oral health. She is not only highly skilled and deeply involved in restorative treatment planning, but also known for the cheerful personality and positive energy she brings into the treatment room every day.
